The General Conditions manage the relations between the John Knox Center and its guests.

Any reservation in our Center implies an adhesion by each and everyone to our rules.

Group and individual reservation
All reservations must be confirmed by writing and accompanied by a down payment equal to 50% of the total cost or by a credit card number with expiration date.

Payment of the final bill
An invoice will be prepared at the end of your stay with a detailed description of your expenses. We accept credit cards(American Express, Diners, Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa), debit cards(Maestro or Postcard) or cash in Swiss francs. You can pay any time during your stay or the latest on departure day. For groups and organizations established in Switzerland, we can forward an invoice payable in 30 days. No invoice will be sent outside of Switzerland.

Cancellation conditions for groups
For all cancellations total or partial, the reimbursement of the deposit will be as followed:

Cancellation conditions for individuals
For all cancellation after 6pm and for all “No show”, the first night will be due.

Insurance
All visible and personal effects are not insured by the John Knox Center. For the security of your belongings, please lock your door.
The John Knox Center cannot be held responsible for any deterioration, theft or damage done to your belongings.
