Colloque 2015 - Centre International Réformé John Knox - Du 11 au 15 octobre

Quelles sont les relations, complexes et multiples, qu’entretiennent le Christianisme et l’Islam avec les Etats dans lesquels ils évoluent ?

Le colloque international 2015 du CIRJK va se pencher sur cette question à l’aide d’un ensemble d’experts aux prises avec des situations spécifiques.La nature plurielle de ces relations sera interrogée à travers une perspective transversale et comparatiste. Cette mise sur pied d’un colloque centré sur le dialogue à la fois interreligieux et institutionnel paraissait indispensable dans le contexte actuel.

Les défis que représentent les déplacements inédits de population ajoutés aux reconfigurations constantes du croire, avec ce que cela implique dans leur relation à l’Etat, sont des problèmes qui exigent un soin soutenu. Ceci afin que la religion soit rendue à sa vocation; celle de l’ouverture à l’Autre par le dialogue, la tolérance mutuelle, et constitue un lieu d’interpellation constructive pour les Etats.
